1 – Cleaning Swimming pool

Scope of work:

a) We will provide adequate technicians and a supervisor to attend one time per week visit for the cleaning of the pool.

b) Cleaning of the pool include deputing manpower and chemicals for the execution of the service as follows.

 

·         Adding chemicals to maintain the approved chemical levels and keeping the water crystal clear as required.

·         Brushing the floor, wall and peripherals.

·         Vacuuming the pools to remove all dirt.

·         Removing the floating debris using deep net / shallow net.

·         Checking the chlorine and Ph levels and make a prober record.

·         Checking the filter pressure and backwashing if the pressure is more than specified.

·         Releasing the air from the filter, if any.

·         Cleaning the skimmer basket regularly.

·         Cleaning the strainer basket and check valves of the pumps regularly.

c) ITSME submit monthly maintenance report to the client.

d) ITSME will supply the THE required chemicals for the swimming pool cleaning.

2 - Acid Wash

​​Pool owners may find that the interior and exterior surfaces of the pool will not meet their standards, this is because of problems such as algal buildup, bugs, and/or the aging of the pool's finish. These problems may seem costly, but they are fixable. When you want your pool to look like new, it may be necessary to drain it and do refinishing work to the surface or as simple as doing an acid wash, which will remove most problematic buildups that can affect its appearance. This process just requires some time to complete before the pool's users can safely go swimming again.

4 - Filter and Tile Cleaning

9 - Testing & Commissioning

 

ITSME offer testing and commissioning of New Pools, Refurbished pools, Jacuzzis, Fountains, & Water Features by qualified and certified professionals. The testing and commissioning work include the activities in preliminary tests and inspections, functional performance tests and the commissioning of newly completed installations and existing ones after major alteration.

The objectives of the Testing & Commissioning works are:-

(i) To verify proper functioning of the equipment/system after installation;

(ii) To verify that the performance of the installed equipment/systems meet with the specified design intent through a series of tests and adjustments; and

(iii) To capture and record performance data of the whole installation as the baseline for future operation and maintenance.

 

10 - Balanced Pool

 

One of the most important steps of swimming pool maintenance is water balance. Generally, understanding water balance can also be one of the most confusing processes of pool maintenance. Because of its complexity, some new pool owners may not know everything they have to do to keep their pool water safe, comfortable and corrosion free.

 

 

Below are a few of the reasons why having a balanced swimming pool is so important:

Safety

If you are using either a salt based pool producing chlorine or a chlorine based tablet pool, then your pH needs to be correct. If pool water is not balanced correctly then the chlorine sanitizer won't be working at full strength killing germs and bacteria.

Comfortable

Your water balance needs to be correct or it will affect your skin and eyes. The pH should be neither too acidic nor basic in order to feel comfortable. 

 

Corrosion

An imbalanced pool can be corrosive to the liner, ladders and hand rail and other equipment such as the pump.

 

Stabilizer

Stabilizer helps retain your chlorine longer just as insulation helps retain heat or air conditioning. Stabilizer can be added to some chlorine compounds to protect them from the breakdown effects of sunlight. When your stabilizer level is low, you'll use a lot more chlorine. When it's high, you may need to dilute your pool water to bring it back into the 40 to 100 ppm ideal range.
